Cancellation and Refund Policy

๐Ÿ”น More than 21 days before the event โ€“ You will receive a 95% refund (excluding transportation costs). The 5% covers administrative and transaction processing fees.

๐Ÿ”น Between 7 and 21 days before the event โ€“ A 50% refund will be issued (excluding transportation costs), as we have already planned your booking and allocated time for preparation.

๐Ÿ”น Less than 7 days before the event โ€“ No refund will be provided. At this stage, we have reserved time for your booking and likely declined other requests.

๐Ÿ”น Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours) โ€“ No refund will be provided, but if possible, we may offer rescheduling, subject to availability.

๐Ÿ”น No-shows โ€“ No refund or rescheduling.
