At BloomArt, we strive to create unforgettable experiences with face painting, balloon art, and braiding services. We understand that plans may change, so we offer a clear and transparent cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
๐น More than 21 days before the event โ You will receive a 95% refund (excluding transportation costs). The 5% covers administrative and transaction processing fees.
๐น Between 7 and 21 days before the event โ A 50% refund will be issued (excluding transportation costs), as we have already planned your booking and allocated time for preparation.
๐น Less than 7 days before the event โ No refund will be provided. At this stage, we have reserved time for your booking and likely declined other requests.
๐น Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours) โ No refund will be provided, but if possible, we may offer rescheduling, subject to availability.
๐น No-shows โ No refund or rescheduling.
Rescheduling Policy
๐ก Rescheduling is only possible if there is an available time slot.
- If the rescheduling request is made more than 7 days before the event, it is free, provided a suitable time is available.
- If the request is made less than 7 days before the event, rescheduling is only possible if there is an available slot, and a 20% rescheduling fee may apply.
- If no suitable time is available, the cancellation policy applies.

- Bank transfers โ processed within 2-3 business days.
- Credit card refunds โ initiated immediately after receiving your request.
