🗺️ What area do you serve?

I work across Canton Zurich, Zug, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply outside the ZVV zone. If you’re not sure whether I can come to your place, feel free to send me a quick message via the contact form below.

🎈 How many kids can you make balloons for per hour?

Usually 12–20 children per hour, depending on the design complexity.

Simple shapes are quicker — complex animals or hats take a bit more time.

🪑 Do I need to prepare anything?

All I need is a small space and a chair or table to set up the balloons.

✅ Are the balloons safe?

Absolutely! I use professional, non-toxic balloons from trusted brands. They are biodegradable and eco-friendly, safe for kids and gentle on the planet 🌍

🎨 Do you do custom balloon designs?

I work with a wide range of fun and tested designs — animals, flowers, swords, hats and more! While I don’t take on complex improvisations, there's always something awesome to choose from.

🌞 Can you twist balloons outdoors?

Yes! But please provide a shaded spot — balloons can pop in direct sun or on hot grass.

✨ Do you also offer face painting or glitter tattoos?

Yes — and they pair perfectly with balloon figures!

🗓️ What’s your cancellation policy?

💸 Cancel more than 21 days before your event → you’ll receive a 95% refund (the remaining 5% covers non-refundable service fees).

❗ Cancel within 21 days → you’ll receive a 50% refund. If you’re unsure about your date, feel free to check availability first — I’m happy to help you plan flexibly!
